This Chrysalis Cardigan Set Is A Lovely Matching Outfit For You And Your Little Darling
From designer Dawn Curran’s collection, the Chrysalis Cardigan Set includes an adorably matching sweater for adults and children.
The pattern is inspired by a butterfly’s life cycle. You’ll see it in the caterpillar and fully grown butterfly motifs on both sweaters, which you can make using intarsia crochet. In fact, this pattern is ideal for intermediate crocheters to work on.
To make this set, you will need the Shine Sport yarn, one of the more superbly soft and smooth yarns. It’s made from a great blend of Pima cotton and Modal natural beech wood fiber. This yarn is also easily washable, great for making durable garments and accessories.
You will also need a crochet hook size US D/3. That’s 3.25 mm if you prefer to use the metric system.

The pattern comes in six children sizes ranging from 2-12, and six adult sizes ranging from XS to 2XL. A finished sweater’s chest/bust measurement ranges from 26 inches to 55 inches. That’s approximately 66 cm to 140 cm if you prefer the metric system.
Moreover, it comes with detailed written instructions as well as a diagram to guide you with the project. You can also check the recommended gauge to get a more accurate measurement.
