For the hat, the pattern comes in sizes for 1/3, 6/9, 12/18 months (2/4) years. The finished head circumference is 16, 17 3/4, 18½ (20) inches. Thats’ 40/42 – 44/46 – 46/48 (48/52) cm if you prefer to use the metric system.
